I understand that by signing this Membership Form, and by joining NJ Free Poker (NJFP) events, that Gambling is Strictly Prohibited.  If I am found to be participating in gambling, of any kind, at any NJFP event, I will be immediately banned from playing in any future NJFP event, and I may be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution. I also agree that by participating in any NJFP events, I will not share any confidential information about NJFP operations with any other similar company(s), nor shall I assist, promote or enter into a competing business, without the express written consent of NJFP directors.
